In the Bag at the NYC Capsule Show

I went to check out what was happening at the New York Capsule event this morning. It was freezing here in NYC but worth checking out. Just a few years ago bag options for men were fairly limited. Not so anymore. Now there are so many handsome options in varying budgets.  Here are a few that jumped out at me.

Without further adieu...

Billykirk is really doing some next level stuff with their new line of Horween waxed leather bags (above). Seriously, no messing around here.

Less formal but equally impressive, I really liked what Jack + Mulligan are doing. USA made and NY based, so score one for the home team. This navy digital camo is actually the first camo I've seen that I would consider sporting.

Mixing fabrics and textiles is the name of the game these days, and I like the way Graf & Lantz put together wool, waxed canvas and leather. Sharp lining as well.

Archival's bags and bandanas. Simple and durable.

No bags but worth a mention. General Knot & Co makes ties in New England. The indigo colored scarves jumped out at me as well.

Finally for your motorcycle. Iron and Resin's waxed tool roll felt absolutely indestructible, though I'd like it even more if it came with tools.
