Food manufacturing is one of the strongest growing manufacturing sectors in NYC. That’s something we heard in our interview with Made In NYC. So it makes sense that Industry City’s most recent plan for revitalizing the giant manufacturing space in South Brooklyn includes a big push for food manufacturing.

“The idea is to create a bustling food hall that will feed the thousands of employees at Industry City, help lure a new breed of tenants and ultimately become a destination.
Jamestown (Industry City Developer) followed a similar recipe years ago at Manhattan's Chelsea Market and has used it at other properties.”
