Last week I caught Martin Parr over at the Metrograph. He's one of my favorite photographers and he was there to screen two films and answer questions. My favorite of the films was his look at the Teddy Gray’s Sweet Factory, a completely anachronistic candy business that thrives today with no computers or modern technology at all. Parr said he had originally gone to photograph the company but knew immediately he had to make a film about it. I’m so psyched he did.
