Somehow I only just managed to stumble across this gem. Lenny reminds me of a guy I knew in San Luis Obispo who had a garage full of dusty old Corvairs and Ford trucks and whatnot. He knew them all intimately, but never drove them. He just held onto them because he loved them as objects… pieces for futures museums or something.
Still, this guy I knew wasn’t in Brooklyn, center of a lava hot real estate market. I have no idea how Lenny swings this, or maybe he doesn't anymore.
