When I was Berlin recently I stumbled across a really nice store called Marron. It had all sorts of beautifully-made home goods and furniture, marked by vibrant colors and intense patterns.
It seemed like quintessential and unique German modern design to me, though I’m sure there’s somewhere comparable in Soho as well. Well, maybe with less German made goods.
Bonus is that Marron is directly adjacent to an excellent cafe called Keyser Soze. So if you’re visiting, and in Mitte, it’s worth a stop.
